We store your purchase data for 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction, after which it is destroyed and/or reliably depersonalised, i.e. irreversibly separated from your profile data and other information that personalises you.

 

Data profiling in the administration of the Services
In the administration of the Services and for the purposes set out in the Terms, we may use automated analysis of personal data (including your Purchase Data) and automated decision-making, including profiling of you. We may group and analyse your data based on your purchases and/or based on other attributes specific to you (e.g. name, area of residence, etc.).
For example, we may analyse and profile your Purchase Data in your interest to correct errors in our own practices. If we notice that our customers have been mistakenly charged an incorrect price for an item or have not been given a discount, we may use the purchase data to identify the purchasers of such items and to correct our mistake (refund the price difference, etc.).
It is important to note that our analysis and profiling of your data does not have any legal or similar significant effect on you.

We use your data only in order to properly and objectively examine your Request, provide you with the necessary information, answer your questions, solve your requests or requirements. We may also analyze the query data in order to improve the quality of our activities and the services provided to you, taking into account your opinion and suggestions.

 

How long do we process and store your data?
We process and store your Enquiry and your data related to it for as long as it takes us to process the Enquiry, provide you with a response and implement the decisions we have made, and for up to 6 (six) months after the Enquiry has been resolved, but at least:

- Email enquiries - 6 months
- Complaints - 12 months
- Ratings (storing stars) - 12 months
- Facebook private messages - 6 months

 

If a legal dispute is initiated or is likely to be initiated in relation to the Enquiry, we may retain your data for a longer period of time until the expiry of the statutory periods of limitation for lodging a complaint or bringing an action, and/or until a final judgment has been delivered.
After the expiry of the period of processing and retention of your data as set out in this Policy, we will delete your data, or reliably and irreparably personalise it as soon as possible within a period of time that is reasonable and prudent to carry out the act.

5.6 Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

In order to protect the data of all our customers from unauthorised disclosure, we will be required to identify you when we receive your request for data or to exercise your other rights. For this purpose, we may ask you to provide us with the relevant profile data (e.g. name, email address or telephone number) provided in your registration form and we will compare whether the data you have provided matches the relevant profile data. As part of this check, we may also send a control message to the contact indicated in the registration form (by SMS or email) requesting an authorisation action. If the verification procedure is unsuccessful (e.g. the profile data you have provided does not match the data provided in the registration form or you do not authorise in accordance with the SMS or email message received), we will be obliged to conclude that you are not the data subject of the requested data and we will be obliged to reject the request you have made.
Upon receipt of your request for the exercise of any of your rights and upon successful completion of the above verification procedure, we undertake to provide you with information on the action we have taken in response to your request without undue delay, but in any event no later than one month from the date of receipt of your request and the conclusion of the verification procedure. Taking into account the complexity and number of requests, we have the right to extend the one-month period by a further two months, informing you before the end of the first month and stating the reasons for the extension.
